Exciting! Mine was on Monday and it went very smoothly. App opened up my dates about 15 minutes before the website. Website worked better in Chrome

Good luck. Ours was today and we got everything we wanted for our preferred times. The app opened up At exactly 11am and I was finished before the website opened up at 11.15!
I had both open as I’d read varying reports as to whether the website or app performed better.

I got everything perfect to our plan except Ohana which instead of our wanted 7.30 ressie we got 8.45 (bit late for us) but never mind ,overall happy..

Ours was today and we got everything we wanted, but the app made me scan my credit card for every booking for some reason. I had updated my account earlier in the week with a new card one as the old one had expired, but for some reason it kept defaulting back to the expired card I told it to delete.

But other than that, everything was straight forward, all booked from the app on an iPhone and it opened spot on 11am.

I was worried about Storyvook dining as we wanted that quite early in our trip, but I had a choice of times actually!
