I've got my email saying i've successfully activated the $100 but cant see any link to book - do I just make the booking as normal and my email address will automatically get it added to my booking?

I think tomorrow you need to click the 'activate now' link from the email again and it will either load the booking page or you can then navigate the website from there.

Free dining is live now and showing both the $100 and $200 gift cards without needing to follow any link. I didn't pre-register as we're not going back, but it's giving me both on a dummy booking. So, you may be able to go through Quidco/Topcashback now!

I never received an email confirmation to either of the email addresses I tried. I sent a support email off but no response to that either yet!
I've just booked but only had the $200 gift card showing - wonder if it will be possible to retroactively apply the $100 one? |
