Lounges Heathrow T3

Hi, I’m flying from T3 in a couple of weeks and have access to both of the lounges. Has anyone used them and which one would you recommend. They are an Aspire one and a No1.

Thanks in advance.

We went to the Aspire lounge in March, I would'nt personally recommend it .
It was extremely crowded & is quite cramped anyway as the layout ..( think too much in the way of furniture and extras etc)Lots of people were just spread out with their bags on chairs.
The toilets were very smelly and the spa bit was closed.
They couldn't keep up putting food out and you get tiny little glasses to get soft drinks.
They were putting scones and cream out two at a time and people were snatching them like they had'nt eaten in weeks
We did'nt enjoy it at all and DH said we definatly would'nt do it again.

We did the No 1 lounge a couple of years ago and this was very different , although it was busy
they seemed to be able to absorb it well and there is much more space.

All this depends on the amount of flights going around the same time as yours , you may get lucky and find the lounge quiet( ish) but they are getting more and more popular so tend to stay pretty busy.

We were in the T3 No.1 lounge last week before our BA flight and it was very good, as we've always found it to be.

Book through VA flying club if you're a member, you'll get miles and it always comes in the cheapest I've found for it

We used the No.1 Lounge at T3 last October and had a good experience there were 6 of us not pre-booked and we all got in. I have been reading about difficultly in getting in some of the lounges with passes.
