Expiring Points

Hi. As far as I'm aware my points are all correctly banked, and they all show as 2019 points on my dashboard, but whenever I look at my notifications I get the warning "90 days prior to end of use year with no planned trips with available points."

Could anyone reassure me that this is just a generic notification for anyone with a June use year, or has something gone wrong with the banking and should I contact them?

Hopefully I'm worrying over nothing. Thanks very much.

Not sure but if your points are showing now as being in next year's use year (which they should be if you've banked) then you have nothing to worry about.

I have a June use year and have banked some 2018 points. I just checked my dashboard and notifications and don't have any messages relating to unused points, everything looks to be as it should be. Might be worth calling Member Services just to make sure your points have been correctly banked.
