Exchanging print-out for park tickets

Hi
Hoping somebody can answer this:
If you purchase park tickets from a non-disney company how do you then exchange the print-out for actual park tickets? Also you have to show ID?
Been offered 3 day tickets from a friend whom is now unable to go, however the printed out tickets attached to the email have their names on.

I exchanged my voucher at the ticket desk and they asked for ID. However, there are machines in front of the main park where you scan the voucher and the ticket is given without needing to show ID etc
