Got MIL, BIL and maybe some others coming, so got a big chicken, paxo/sausage stuffing, loads of roasties and mash, cabbage, broccoli, carrots and lashings of gravy.

Followed by Bakewell tart, custard or ice-cream and plenty of chocolate!

Pot luck really as to who turns up, so they have all been told if you are here for 2 you will be fed, though I'm sure we can squeeze in more at any time really.

All the children went out so we went for a walk and passing a nearby eating establishment saw my parents and Aunty inside. They asked us to join them and I had a lamb tagine my husband had a steak. It was really yummy.

Last night was home made cottage pie.

Tonight we are having yellow stickered chicken kievs with home made chips and beans (DD - 3 - will have half a birds eye crispy chicken thing cut up). Total cost for tonights dinner - under £1.75.

We are saving money wherever we can to save for holiday! lol

Do you cook the salmon as normal and then just spread on the cheese?

Does that apply to all cabin classes?
