Is Rolling Hills still a good community

Hi
Planning 2020 and have opportunity of a Villa in Rolling Hills. Its been a while since we stayed there (2010) and was ok as a location fairly quiet etc.

Has anyone stayed there recently is it still a good community or has it gone downhill ?

Appreciate any thoughts or experiences

Last stayed there in October 13, we thought it was great, quiet & as you already know a good location for Disney, we'd stay there again, don't see any reason why it would have gone downhill unless you are aware of something?

Still one of the best locations and I certianly haven't heard anything bad about it.
