The pool heaters are usually set around 86f. The heat will only come on when the pump is running. You should feel warm water coming out of a jet on the side of the pool. The water in my pool skimmer was so warm yesterday I thought someone had turned the heat on without telling me. The kids also never said the pool was cold so heat might not be making much of a difference at the moment although I didn't check the actual temperature.

Monday isn't a holiday here so you should get an answer.

As above generally all pools are set to 86 degrees if you have pool heating on, it will only heat when the pump system is working and they’re usually set on a timer from 6-8 in the morning to 6-7 at night but whatever the villa owners or company have them set at!
Any pool won’t feel like a warm bath, they will generally always be cooler than being out the pool other than when it’s a cool day like yesterday then you’d notice the warmth in them.
If you’ve got the same pool heater as we have then in the morning when the pumps fired up at the side of the house look for the big metal box that’s the heater and on top of it there will be a lot of heat coming out the exhaust vent if it’s fired up, be careful not to get mixed up with the ac unit that will have a big fan on it!
Hope that helps😉
