Disney villas / apartments?

So we are looking for Sep 2020 but with the availability on the Disney site being all over the place in the run up to Thursday I’m looking to get some guidance.
There are 3 of us, me + dh + my brother and ideally we would like a moderate or delux resort that allows us to be close to main food court etc.

Our back up is POR 2 rooms (2 x $300 gift cards etc) but this means my brother paying a lot for a room.
Value resorts offer family rooms but we would rather be at a mod/delux for ddp.

In anyone’s experience do you think a 1 bedroom at OKW, AKL or anywhere else will work out any better value?

Price wise a 1 bed is near enough the equivalent of 2 studios cost wise so POFQ with 2 rooms might actually be the cheaper option. Have a look at somewhere like Dave's DVC & price up renting, the money saved may work out cheaper than Free dining
