Anyone got a Neff oven?

We inherited 2 with our new house and I've little clue how to use them - one's a microwave also so is mainly used just as that although I know it can be used as an oven / grill also should the need arise.

I just can't crack baking in it though, had the instruction manual out finally to work out all the different clever settings and thought I'd figured which would be best, but my brownies last night we a disaster.

Which setting do you use for baking cakes please? The circotherm setting or conventional oven?

Hi

I have a Neff and don’t use any of the fancy options, I just use the fan oven, cake comes out perfect every time

I use circo roasting setting for most things. I have two ovens, the microwave, multi function one and a fan oven, both with grills in the top.
I had gas ovens before these, so had to learn again how to cook basic stuff. But I studied the manuals and made notes on temperatures when I tried a new recipe. Had a few failures along the way, but no one starved, or dared complain! Lol!
Just keep reading the instruction manual !

Thank you both, will try circo roasting next time, we started off using Circo intensive for everything but of course it's FAR too quick for cakes, brown outsides and raw insides, the manual suggests circotherm or convention oven for baking but my brownies really didn't come out well last night!

I use the std circlotherm at 160 for everything! Sometimes turn it up to 200 to brown things off
