Linda

We've been on the scenic lake ride about three times I think. Some fantastic houses lake side.

We also went a few years ago to the Morse Museum which, they say, houses the largest collection of Tiffany glass.

Do you book the boat ride when you are there? Is there only 1 boat ride?

We just walk down to the dock and pay and wait for the next boat.

They have at least three boats. As Linda says we just turn up and wait for the next available trip. If there's a few people they take your name and add to a list so people board in order that they arrive. No queue jumping.

We've been very lucky and been able to park kerbside on East Morse Blvd about 50 yards from the boat every time we've been.

Oh blimey no way you could walk there, it's between the Florida Mall and the airport so a fair way down from IDrive. An Uber wouldn't be too bad cost wise if you're not driving.

We love winter park and have taken the commuter train for the last few years. The line had now been extended to Poinciana and stops in the centre of Winter Park, lots of free parking but allow extra time to get tickets from the machine, it doesn't accept cash, just cards, there is no fancy ticket office.

it is a double decker so you can go upstairs to get the best views, we are lucky to be in the more mature age bracket and qualify for the senior price tickets and it only cost us c$5 return for the 2 of us. But please remember the train only runs Mon-Fri and not weekends

Never thought of catching the train. Poinciana (nearest for us) to WP. $2.75 each return (we are seniors). No brainer to avoid I-4 - must give that a try.
