Just a little praise for Thomas Cook special assistance

Just wanted to give praise as they have been very helpful. Our son, 6, has GDD, SPD, speech delay and social/communication difficulties. So lots of hidden disabilities going on. I emailed Thomas Cook special assistance for our trip to Crete in July and they have been great. They have allocated us 4 seats each way, free of charge, in the exact configuration I asked for(Jasper can kick the seat and move the tray a lot so we always have one of us sitting in front of him so as not to annoy another passenger). They have also put a note on his ticket so the cabin crew are aware of his difficulties onboard. They have also provided information on how to get assistance at Gatwick(which we were aware of but still nice of them). They were also happy to give us priority boarding but it’s better for our boy to get on last.
Just makes things that little less stressful for us.
