Brancott Estate Sauvignon Blanc.

Usual price £9.75 in Asda but currently on offer for £6.50 AND they are doing 25% off a bundle of 6. Silly not to try it.

It was out of stock yesterday in my local store so I tried online, also out of stock but back in stock now and just ordered to collect tomorrow.

Take a look at their bundle offers online or in store they are doing 25% off any 6 bottles over £4 (if I read the small print on the big red banner correctly).

Another one I quite like is Toro Loco Rose from Aldi, slightly dry, not too sweet and a steal at £3.99
Lidl do a lovely Spanish rose too for £3.99.

If you like a Marlborough sav Blanc, but want different, then look out for a nz Pinot Gris. Much rarer but lovely, less citrusy and more delicate perhaps

What a great thread. I normally drink rose - white zinfandel but do like the odd white but sometimes pick one that is too grapefruity.

The organic Pinot Grigio from Aldi is amazing! One of the nicest wines I’ve tried! (And I like the bottle!)

See can you get a pecorino, or a dry Tokaj-something a bit different. Or as someone else said a white Rioja. I work in a wine shop, so don't buy supermarket stuff(30%off is too tempting, also our taxes on wine are much more expensive in Ireland)

Gavi. Aldi generally has a nice one, Costco has one as well.

Me again. Not that I drink much.

Two other Countries that do an excellent Sauvignon Blanc are S. Africa and Chile. Sadly most whites from the States are only any good for stripping paint. Awful stuff.
So sad as 20 years ago California was on the rise. Not now.

Oyster Bay or Neds both lovely and usually buy 6 at a time when it’s 25% off at Tesco
