Just a tad. Disney is still active with the ROFR so that is protecting the value. We expected a bit of a drop after the January changes but it really has not wavered very much.

Only 3 months until we are in a position to buy 75 point add on would be ideal but don't see many Resale contracts with that amount, so need to decide whether to go for 100-110 Resale or 75 direct

I was on the hunt for a 50 Point add on 2 years ago. In the end I got a 100 Point add on through Rachel. Glad I did now at the price I paid.
Would never go direct ever again.
