Tickets Pick Up

Help... I’m new to staying onsite at DLP and wanted to know where I pick up my tickets. They have sent me a welcome pack with maps and luggage labels. We have been told we can’t check in till after 4 so where do I get my tickets from?

You can check in at any time, but your room wont be available until 3/4pm. You can go to the hotel reception and collect your park tickets as early as you like.

If you want to collect your tickets early enough to be in the park for EMT at 8am on your first day that's fine, reception is 24hrs.
