I've just emailed asking about upgrading. My tickets are from ATD Ireland. I asked if I can upgrade 3 park pass to 2 park if it hasn't been used or if it's an automatic 3 park to 3 park. Will let ye know when I hear back. Need to get at least one pass as have already booked hotels, but will only be possibly one day short if I don't upgrade the others. (Depending on when we first go!)

You may upgrade your valid park admission ticket at any of our Guest Services locations inside Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure, or Universal’s Volcano Bay. The value of your ticket, not necessarily the amount you have paid, will be applied toward your upgrade. Ticket upgrades must be completed before the end of the day on the final day the ticket is used. Additionally, tickets cannot be upgraded for use by another person or for use during a separately ticketed event, such as Halloween Horror Nights or Rock the Universe. If you have a 3-Park Explorer Ticket, you must upgrade to a 3-Park Annual Pass.
