MDE - can't access account

Hi, I hadn't tried to access MDE for quite a while and when I try now, it says something has gone wrong when I try to log in. I wondered if it was because the app needing updating, but it won't let me do that as it asks me to log in which doesn't work. I can't access it through the website either. Even though I am sure about my password, I have requested a reset just in case, but I haven't received a new password - requested it a few days ago, but nothing. Anyone got any suggestions about what I can do, please?

Just call tech support. They've always been great with me. I got locked out making FPs on my account because they thought I had made FPs on my account then given my band to someone else. They guy on the phone couldn't care less and just reset it.

It should be given to you on your app when you can't log in... if that makes sense

I had trouble a while ago but i just waited a few hours and then I could get on again.
