I suspect the delay in HS hours release is directly related to GE. Disney are not certain what they are doing to control expected crowds after it opens and so this affects what they do with opening hours. They may do like they did with Toy Story Land and have EMH/EEH every day and that is possible why the delay. They may wait until they see what happens at Disneyland GE when it opens at end of next month. Only a suggestion, but I am sure GE has something to do with it

Shame the DHS hours aren't out but agree it's likely to be because of Galaxy's Edge... it'll be worth it though
