Universal photopass

Hi All

I see universal have the 1 day photopass offer on just now for 25 dollars, I am considering purchasing this before the offer ends tomorrow bt don't really know much about it so looking for some advice

* Can I buy 1 pass for family of 5 or do I need 1 for each person
* Does it have to be in 1 park that day or can you use it in universal/islands of adventure
*Is it worth it ?

Thankyou

Shazza

You can buy one for everyone unless you’re splitting up and want it for different rides at different times.

You can use it in both parks for one day.

I’d say it’s worth it as it’s the same price as just buying one photo!

We bought it yesterday. From what I read, it's one pass per family but you'd need to stay together to use it for rides etc. You get 2 free prints and then some prints are only $2 more so figured it was bargain. We paid with our revolut card too so we didn't need to worry about the cost of the exchange rate.

do you have to specify the date or can you use it on any date as long as its only 1 day?

I just went for it and it didn’t ask for a date- you just ‘cash it in’ at the ticket office

This caught my eye too. I checked the price on universal website - $25 plus tax. Then I checked the universal app (as our annual pass tickets are linked) the price is £25 plus tax. That's a 1:1 exchange rate 🤔
I thought it would be handier on the app with the linked tickets but not if it costs me more.

Does it include volcano bay? Could we use it in VB in the am and other parks in the pm?

Yes it includes VB, you can use it at all 3 in one day. It’s on the details here.

“The My Universal Photos 1-Day Photo Package includes: unlimited digital downloads of your theme park photos from participating locations within Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay for one (1) day commencing upon first activation or first day of use”

It makes no difference. Just buy the US version. You get a little card and lanyard to wear.
