free or not free ddp for 2020

as the free ddp draws closer has anyone priced accommodation and paid plans prior to free ddp release

thought it might be worth pricing pre free plans prior to release to get an idea of savings using the Disney site

example date sept 14 to 28 sept 2020 for 2 adults

value
all star sports £2472 accommodation and tickets (added £420 for breakfasts as free breakfast not listed

moderate
coronado springs accommodation and tickets with qsdp £5146

the deluxe ones seemed limited in availability, perhaps they have been saved for the release of the dining plan

I have. I am going 21st August for 2 weeks and have pre booked for Coronado with ATD. It’s cost me 3700 for QSDP and park tickets. (Was 4820 with adding paid dining plan on)
The Disney website price was 4000 so I pre booked. I know not everyone recommends this but I can have my deposit back if it’s not available.
I also priced up All Star Sports upgrading to QSDP but there was only 200 pound difference (upgrade was 27 pppn).
Myself and a 15 year old.
* Prices are with free dining plan

Was that for 2020
I also believe atd are giving $300 instead of the $200 plus an extra $100 if you book for 14 nights onsite

Yes. Booked about 4 days ago. Got the 300 dollar gift card as well. 200 for moderate and 100 dollar for pre booking. It was done over the phone though so no cashback. The extra 100 dollar gift card worked out a better deal for me though.

Yes I have done pre free dining pricing for all our options both with paid for dining and without so I can make a full comparison. This week is not a good time to do it as lots of the rooms have disappeared and they have stupidly expensive DVC options up at the moment. I did it after the free nights offer disappeared but before free dining was announced and the website went mad. We will see how free the free dining really is for 2020 on Thursday!

My dates 12th Sept till 26th.

I’ve had quotes for All Star Music, a Family Suite (3 adults and 1 child)

Prices currently:
Disney : £4262 Room & tickets
ATD: £4314 - Room, Tickets, Free Breakfast, & $200 gift card

Unsure whether to secure that price with ATD now, or wait till the 25th

I’ve priced up a standard room at my chosen resort but haven’t added the cost of dining. I don’t expect it to change by much if at all.

I don't add dining either, I just look at room prices. What resort are you thinking of for next year? Back to OKW or a moderate again?

I’ll book CSR as it’s the cheapest moderate now and consider our finances when the time comes. I do love OKW but it’s such a price hike now. It used to be cheaper to book OKW than upgrade DDP at a moderate even for two of us but not anymore. I’ll also need to see how we get on with QSDP!
