Musement/Universal/Wrong name
I booked five 14 day universal tickets with musement last week, they’ve come through by email and one of them has the wrong surname (my adult daughter is joining us and has a different one to us). I’m sure that I entered them correctly and have emailed them but they haven’t replied.
If she isn’t the lead name on the booking, will it make any difference? They seem to be such hard work to deal with on the customer service side! |

If she isn't the lead name, Guest Services will sort it at Universal.
Don't worry and have a great Holiday. Just have ID.
