universal hotels

Hi just pricing up a 1 night stay at one of the universal hotels.

To get the express passes, do I need to book direct with universal or can i go Via expedia or something ?

You can book with anyone as your express pass is your room key. Remember it�s only on Portofino, RPR & HRH. I�ve just booked mine this morning via Hotels.com 😊

I had mine booked and the hotel has cancelled it but no reason is given.. really strange!

That�s strange. We have booked HRH club level through Expedia for next August. Price seemed too good to be true so wonder if ours will get cancelled as well.
