Epic universe preview tickets now available to anyone

Can’t believe it, we fly home on 20 th so we’re missing the opening but have a trip in October so were going to go then, but have just booked tickets for 18 th May!

We are passholders but thought we had missed the passholder days.
Anyway what does it matter? They are a business and need to make money, I’m sure RixFlix has said these pr3view days only have a capacity of 4000 instead of the 25000 that will be descending on the park after May 22nd

I believe it’s 6000 capacity for the previews and up to 35000 once opened.

Not sure why it matters the capacity for the event is still the same. Don’t think universal have said the preview dates were exclusive for pass holders and hotel resort guests have been able to buy tickets anyway.

I’ve dithered all evening and eventually took the plunge and booked.
Our ‘quiet week’ isn’t looking very quiet but I think I’d regret not taking the opportunity to see it.

Did it take a while for the tickets to appear? Payment has been taken.

It's more that passholders feel that they should have had the perk for being a passholder.

I had thought and hoped that passholders would have been allowed in for soft openings for free at random times. A bit like when a new ride opened for testing.

Universal haven't sold enough tickets hence they are opening it up to anyone

They could appease passholders in the interim by ensuring that they get a VQ for MoM for example.

I hope that they are doing something special for opening day for passholders and not just a bloody badge!
