Delivery service dropping parcel off day before to disney hotel- cost?

Hi
We have been using a delivery service to hold parcel and make gift basket up.
Unfortunately they have a family emergency and now need to drop the parcel off the day before we arrive.

I have been shopping away happily so it will be a number of boxes as well as 2 gift baskets.

Any idea how much disney will charge to hold the packages.

I understand its now a cost per item? Does this vary by size?

I am fearing a hefty bill🤔

Surely the delivery company should bear any costs as they are reneging on the original agreement not you.

Its difficult as they are obviously having a tough time and they didn't note the date on the calendar when I originally sent it in December. I do have the original email with the date but error happen and I would like to resolve it as pleasantly as possible as they have been fab over the past 4 years. 😊

Please do not worry, I will have everything sorted and ready for you without fees! I LOVE putting together your baskets and cannot wait to do so.

We really appreciate your understanding during this time. It is something I am not looking forward to doing and really wish I was here to say Hello! I strongly dislike not being able to see you and the family! Just keep counting down the days, it will be here before you know it!

FYI for anyone else, all delivered parcels will still be safe if mailed during this short trip. My niece will be here relaxing and not working during that timeframe. She just will not have a vehicle.
