DIY help?!

I�m hopeless at DIY so I�m after some advice please. I have stone tiles in the bathroom and have a metal towel rail attached to the wall via rawl plugs into the tiles. Due to an accident, half of the towel rail has been away from the tiles leaving a larger hole there causing the towel rail to be hanging off the wall on one side. Can I fix easily? I was thinking of using gorilla glue or no more nails. How am I best doing this easily? Thanks!

Can you attach some photos to give a better idea of the scale of the problem?

The holes have got bigger meaning the towel rail is now loose on one side.

It�s really difficult to tell whether the whole fixing has become loose or the radiator bracket simply needs tightening. Likely that a new deeper or wider fixing in the same location is required or is it possible to relocate the bracket slightly? I don�t think No Nails (good as it is) is the solution here.
When the fixing has been made good, I would be trying to fill the holes and stain/colour the filler to get a reasonable match to the tiles - some experimentation needed using children�s paint set or felt tips, etc.
