Ive just booked flights and 4 nights in hard rock tbh thenperson i booked with after booking doesnt deal with any admin! You have to email another part of company for that which is frustrating when i make payments.
Appart from that they were £700 cheaper and thats all that really did it for me.

Used them in 2014 when we stayed with parents in offsite villa. No problems with them at all then. Booked again for 2020. They helped us book us and my SIL at the same time so we got 2 x $200 for onsite. Booked us into our seats in the plane already. Really helpful so far when we couldn’t link to MDE they helped us work out the problem. They were about £600 cheaper than everyone else for my SIL family of 4 and about )400 cheaper for the 2 of us.

We have booked a package with them so I’m hoping all will be fine. We don’t know as yet times for our flights but think that’s due to them not being released as yet

I have had a quote from them which beats anything else and they have provided me with some good flight options. Have heard a few stories about them changing flights though?
