Wait Time 13 Mins?!?

So it looks like things are pretty quiet at most of WDW at the moment and the wait times at unusually low. Even the wait for Smuggler's Run isn't that long considering it's the second day of opening.

However, that's not why I'm here.

I noticed on the DIBB's Wait Time page that the wait for Tower of Terror is shown as 13 minutes. I don't think I've ever seen a posted wait of 13 minutes before. They are usually only in factors of 5 minutes, so I'd expect to see 10 minutes or 15 minutes not 13.

It's been like that for most of the morning. You can see on the barchart for today that the max wait time has been 13 since 6am.

Given this is ToT and the number 13 has a certain reputation, is this something ToT does?

13. The unlucky number. That is the same as 5 minutes on all other rides. TOT 13=5

I think the other ride that does this is Haunted Mansion.

Ahhhh im hoping this continues when we get there, would love just to be able to walk on most things

There's a little thing called a hurricane happening! According to threads on an American forum I go on, loads of Americans are cutting short/cancelling their trips because of it. This will of course impact on wait times.

Phantom manor in DLP has had this as well this week and at times it certainly wasn't a walk on!

We noticed that too! For a second I thought it was 130 mins!

Just got back from the studios...I took a photo of the wait time as I thought it was an odd time! It was a walk on too.
