1st world problems

Not really looking for help more to vent.
we were due to Disney this September booked BC for a week and BLT 2nd week after booking we banked our leftover points (April use year). Unfortunately we have had to move the break to 2021 due to an April use year we have to go before April otherwise we lose 2019 banked points (still with me) don’t i go on. So to the problem I wanted to move my 2nd weeks accommodation to BC not a problem I still have just enough points form 2020 and 2021 without the 50% rule we’ll no I don’t as I banked 7 of my 2020 points to 2021 spoke to Disney explained to situation and they won’t do anything for me @#@#@# I only need 4 points grrraaa.

See if you can get someone to transfer you the 4 (either for rental or you transfer them 4 of your next UY in return) or buy 4 one time use points.

We had a similar situation last year; this is what we did.
Made a two night reservation intending to rent it out - this used our banked points and some of the next UY allocation of points.
I then phoned member services and bought One Time Use points to complete our own bookings.
Phone member services to ask if it can still be done this way, if so they will probably make the changes for you, they did for us.

The thing that gets me is if they hadn’t put in the 50% rule or let me have the points I banked not knowing at the time the world was going to end I’d be fine.
