Refund from Discovery Cove / Seaworld

Has anyone who requested a refund direct had anything back yet? I had an e-mail about a month ago to say a refund would be processed in the order received but nothing yet.
I know it'll likely take a while but just wanting to check on everyone else's status 🤔

I did send an email a week ago, just got a reply saying basically they will do a refund when they get to it! Not impressed to be honest.

Well I was told 2 weeks on the 18/3 hence emailing them, wish they’d hurry up!

I was told my refund was being processed on 25/03 but nothing received. I have chased but just got a blanket response. Not impressive customer service. Really do appreciate times are tough but an idea of timescale was all I was looking for.

I got a refund on 19th March after making the request by telephone on 18th March. It was for a vacation package booked on the Seaworld site. I even made a profit of £80 due to currency fluctuations.

I cancelled about a month ago and was told that it would take upto 90 days to receive a refund.
I've since seen that they can move the booking to next year, so emailed them a couple of days ago to see if still possible. Got a reply saying that's fine they will take me off refund list and contact them when I get new dates.

I had a refund confirmed by email a month ago and it said it'd take up to two billing cycles to come through - so assuming two month's. Still nothing or an update.
