Aldi slow cooker

If anyone wants to buy one to see how they get on with a slow cooker Aldi have one coming on special
It’s £14/99 and has a chalk board plate on the front so you can leave a message ie ready at or turn to warm at
I’ve been the same one bit an older version
It’s great I actually use it now more than my expensive one that switches on and off by a timer if you don’t need a timer
Fuction go for it unfortunately this version won’t fit the divided insert they did a couple of years ago like mine does
A real shame as I often do a stew for two in one half and baked potatoes in the other the ultimate one pot meal

I've not done it myself, but a friend uses the slow cooker liners to separate spuds and stew in her slow cooker...

I’m an even bigger cheat mine are told it’s culnary lincence and it’s hot pot like it or lump it if I’ve had a a moment on auto pilot and chuck it all in
