Tickets Have Arrived - Yay! Couple of questions..
Hi all.
Tickets arrived today from Orlando Attraction Tickets. Yay! V v excited now 14 day Disney Ultimate and 3 park 14 day Universal explorer. The Disney tickets, do I have to manually link to MDE? If so can it be done via the app? Tried to scan them and it says its unable to do. Is this because it might be too early from dispatch? Universal tickets are requiring signature for all guests on the front, but one ticket is a child age 7. Who signs that? Also it says photo id needed with these? Its been a while since we last went cant remember having to provide that at universal? Does that mean a passport would be needed for our daughter as she wont have any.. Thanks |

Your tickets should be available to link straight away.
Try linking by the ticket number instead of scanning? Also, I just signed the ticket as an adult for kids. Just take photos of your passport on phone, that will suffice. However, I have never been asked for it. Just scanned ticket and away ye go Edited at 01:58 PM. |

Only time we have been asked for id at universal is when none of our finger prints would scan.
Thankfully dh had is driving licence, it’s definitely worth maybe keeping a photo on your phone. |

Managed to link one ticket myself then had to call Disney to do the others which they did in 10 mins. Very nice and helpful.
Apparently the app is v hit and miss. The website is much more stable. Number is 08001690749 and it's free. Edited at 11:30 AM. |
