tickets from musement

recently bought tickets from musement. i have received the confirmation for the tickets. i have to collect them once i arrive at disney. However, i am trying to link them to my disney account but it says the barcode on the confirmation is not valid. Has anyone bought from amusement and managed to link it to your account. I will try disney support if not just hoping i don't have to wait till i have the actual ticket from disney before i can book fast passes etc.

Possibly not a great help but our Musement tickets were successfully added to the Universal wallet.
