Here now upgrading 21 day ticket

Hi Everyone

This is my first post , although I have been reading posts for many years!

I wondered if anyone could help me please with some questions I have regarding upgrading to an annual pass.

1) On MDE, when does the upgrade price to a Platinum Plus AP appear? Do you have to activate the 14 day ultimate ticket at a park first? I’ve read on previous posts that the upgrade price on MDE is cheaper than what is offered at the parks/Disney Springs.

2) Has anyone recently upgraded their 14 day ultimate ticket to a platinum pass (water park option not required) and if so, would you mind sharing the price per person that you paid please?

Why are the two different prices showing? Are these three different peoples mde? Are they all 14 days passes to annual?

2 prices.. The additional photo shows the remainder of the terms and conditions.

1 price is for adult, other price is for a child's pass.

Perfect, thank you RickT That’s really useful and at least I know now that Platinum Pass Plus is the only option via MDE. Thank you for uploading the images, are these listed under the ‘ticket and passes’ category?

This is your price for upgrading a 14 day UK Ultimate ticket?
If so, that would mean for January 2020, we'd pay £449 sterling but the price allowed against the upgrade is $498 (which does not include tax)?

Yes. Press tickets and passes, then the upgrade option appears after first use.

Not sure on the figures.. As our 14 day ticket values are based on 2019 paid prices and not 2020.

So on the basis no further price increases, the cost to upgrade could be less for you as you paid more for your 2020 tickets

Wonder if its worth seeing how much Guest Services quote to see if its cheaper than via the app? ;-)
