Missing tickets on MDE..?

Hey!

It’s our fastpass day today (ignore the countdown, we get to florida before our tickets start) and the ‘Get Started’ button has just lit up ready for midday.

Out of curiosity I clicked it but it’s saying 2 of our party of 4 don’t have tickets (we do)
Does anyone know why this has happened and how to fix it? Only an hour and a half till we can do fastpasses 😳

It usually says that when you have an onsite stay as it doesn’t recognise the tickets until the FP point.

If you are in the fast pass section, I am actually surprised it doesn't say none of you have tickets, have you got two AP holders or something?

If you go to the My Tickets section, you should see all your tickets now, but as I say in FP section it won't recognise that you have tickets until 12pm.

Nope, not AP which is why it was throwing me off to begin with!
Going to try again at 12pm and hopefully everyone line be aligned 🙏🏻
