purchasing Magic Bands?

Hi,

So my doughnut of a father went and ordered the GE special magic band yesterday for himself. but kept the rest of my family on the generic colored ones.
Now when i go in (or he logs in) we cannot edit the order?

Is this what happens? Cos he's confirmed the order we can no longer edit it?

Someone help please

This kind of happened with ours.

We both ordered the upgraded ones but mine didn�t go through so it gave me the generic pink one and wouldn�t let me change it so I phoned them (0800 16 90 749 - the �technical support�) and they sorted it for me so I could amend mine.
