Great result. I’ve been really impressed with their customer service.

I’ve just got around to emailing universal about our seasonal annual passes.

They have cancelled our passes and offered us 6 months of passes starting whenever we activate them. So can use in 2022 if we don’t get to go next year.

Very happy with that!

Another update from us. We had originally been offered replacement park tickets. I emailed them again after others had.

Anyway universal have now expired our passes and we have a code to reactive them for 3 months (that was how long we had left on them before the closure)
whenever we can.

Amazing service once again from universal and one very happy person here. Hopefully it won’t be too long before we get to use them!

We also had our passes cancelled and issued with a 1 month pass code to be used when we can go again!
Excellent work UO just wish Disney would offer something similar.

Another update. Got back in touch and asked if I could have a longer extension to my annual passes as I will hopefully be visiting in May and September next year. They've now offered me a 5 month to use whenever I go back. Outstanding.

Hi, just a quick post to say I emailed Customer Services, and they have offered freezing our two park preferred passes and said we can have five months from the date of reactivation.

More than happy with that, it just means I can use it as leverage on the wife to get another trip in. 😀

Fingers crossed we get there in February.

I renewed my annual pass back in June as was convinced I would be able to go in November, well yesterday my flight with BA was cancelled, I have another trip booked for March so fingers crossed for that ,
so gonna call guest services and see if they can do something for me - no harm in asking the question
