Finally cancelled our annual passes.

Bit sad but sorted. Cancelled them yesterday. Didn’t fancy a long call but managed to use the web chat facility on their website. Didn’t take long and email confirmation received a few minutes later. Still hoping to return next year but who knows.

I sadly asked for a refund on my limitless cinema ticket yesterday as no date when our local will open and they refused to extend

I had only used it for 1 week before the shutdown.

Did you have to go via the US site to do chat or am I just missing the option on the UK one?

For anyone else's reference. I ended up doing it via chat in the app. Haven't had email confirmation yet though. Still sad but I'm not sure we'll get there before Easter now, so the refund made sense.
