Disney / Universal Split Stay

Just looking for advice off anyone who has done this?

On check out will disney store luggage ?

Also, Which transport do people book to get to Universal? Will be 4 of us and 4 large cases

Hi
Yes Disney will store your luggage for as long as you want
We are going to order an Uber to go from Disney to universal
Universal will also store ur luggage until ur room is ready so u can go straight to the parks

I suppose we would need to order an Uber XL to fit the luggage in or pre warn them that we have all the luggage

We did a split stay between Disney and idrive last year. We stored the cases at our Disney hotel while we went to Disney Springs and then picked them up when we headed over to idrive. We just ordered an Uber.

We do split stays all the time, far easier with a car.

Yes we will be at por first then moving to royal pacific resort
It�s very easy don�t worry
They hold onto your bags as long as you need them to they don�t mind at all
Just don�t forget to tip
Uber is so easy to use to

We are going exactly this this year.

Staying at OKW for 7 nights then onto Portofino for 7 nights - 2 families so 4 adults and 2 daughters both who are turning 18 - 1 in WDW and 1 in Universal.

Priced up a car and it just wasn't worth it esp with the charges for parking.

Plan to either UberXL or Magical Express from the airport to WDW
Early checkout & put cases into left luggage on the last WDW day - have the morning in MK (of course

)
Then UberXL up to Universal, check-in & head to room or leave cases & head into the parks.
We will then UberXL to the airport from Universal.

If push comes to shove, we will get 2 Ubers (still not sure on the number of cases), but still is cheaper than car hire for us.

Yes I think Uber XL is the way we will do it also and to airport to go home! Never even thought about that journey!

We are not hiring a car , we dont think it is worth it for us .
