Suppose it's a matter of opinion if they are high end contracts. You can get it on the 12 month SIM only plans that are £20 a month or more which I don't consider £20 a month a "high end" contract, although the cheapest Contract tarrif you can get it on is £44 a month (which is the phone and the monthly contract) and personally I don't consider that "high end" either really - it's expensive don't get me wrong, but it's quite standard these days for a brand new iphone / samsung with a decent wedge of data (8GB in this case).
