Day 8 - Busch gardens
Day 9 - aquatica or beach
Day 10 - beach or aquatica
Day 11 - Kennedy space centre
Day 12 - islands of adventure
Day 13 - shopping
Day 14 - universal or free day

Looks good overall. Few thoughts to help
Not sure where you are staying but wondered whether you really want to do two longish trips to Busch Gdns. If you do you might want to ensure a rest/pool the following day
Also not sure what beach you are heading to but factor that into the planning. One suggestion we like to go to Busch garden then find a cheap hotel to stay at Clearwater Beach which is not that much further.
Lot of Aquatica but you may like that particular waterpark where as only short time at volcano bay. Plenty there to keep you entertained for the whole day.
Universal and Island of Adventure - Park to Park enabling you to go by the Hogwarts express train between parks is fun.
