16th November is waaaay too early for me! But it's not my house so if you want to then go for it. We normally put ours up about a week before Christmas.

When I was little we had a game in the family that the person to spot the first Christmas tree of the year (in someone's house, not a business) won a prize. So we would have loved you 'mid November' lot lol

Always makes me think of The Incredibles "and when everyone's super, no-one will be"

Christmas trees going up earlier and earlier, stuff in the shops earlier and earlier... dilutes the event (in my opinion - others' opinions may vary)

16/11 too early for me - we normally do first week of December and take it down after new year. This year we have building work so now wont be until a week before christmas this year.
