Alamo OLCI again

I am just trying to do the online check for Alamo and have entered my details as the lead river. However my wife will also be doing some of the driving. Do I need to enter her details as well. It does say additional driver included in the list at the side of the page.

oh and we want to return the car with no fuel so do we add on the Fuel service option its $2.76 a gallon?

Hi. I always add on the 2nd driver (if my Son is coming) at OLCI stage. Speeds up the process at the barrier albeit you can do it there.
With Alamo all drivers have to be listed on the rental contract unlike Avis.

I also opt for the bring back empty option. Saves time and hassle.

Just to clarify when I return my car empty as I have prepaid fuel I take it it won't be a zero balance on my receipt but the charge of the prepay is that correct thank you

Yes it will be, also the price charged is the prevailing rate that day. Not the rate as you leave the garage or do the skip the counter process before you even get there.

It will be a small receipt from their handheld machines and please scrutinise it before they walk off. Mistakes can be rectified there and then but you only have a few minutes. After that you have to go to the kiosk or the terminal to challenge things.
