Homemade sweet treats

I’m looking for easy quick recipes for (preferably chocolate) sweet treats. Do any of you make these for Christmas? I tried microwave chocolate fudge yesterday. It didn’t set, so now I’ve got yummy fudge soup!

Slow cooker fudge (assuming you have a slow cooker !)... only bind is stirring every 15 mins but I get my book and set a repeat time on phone.

My mum used to make coconut fudge many moons ago and stir it and stir it forever on the hob, She said you mustn’t stop it!

I don’t have a slow cooker. I think that’s where I went wrong with my fudge - not enough stirring.

Brownies are easy and keep ages. Also shortbread. We have a nice snowflake embossed pan for ours which makes it a bit nicer than plain

Ginger bread men - with a smartie for the buttons.

I use the Mary Berry gingerbread house recipe but half it and use a cutter for the men

I made this White Chocolate Fudge - it was very easy, took longer to set than it says though, didn't decorate as it says just used a small star shaped cutter, and dusted with icing sugar. It is very rich and a little goes a long way. carnation/recipes/...e-fudge-recipe - enjoy

Lemon shortbread or chocolate truffles. The truffles are very messy to make though! I don’t use any specific recipes, just whatever I fancy from a quick google. Peppermint creams are also easy or tiffin.

This year I'm making tablet (I find this easier to cook than fudge), Millionaires shortbread, Gingerbread (cake not biscuit), Snickerdoodles and Caramel S'more Cups (these are very easy to make!)

You’re going to be busy. Some good ideas there.
