I am really hoping it doesn't open till the end of October,I was hoping for a quieter time in September!

I read some place that the training for the rides etc would be done in Florida as the actual rides are further on , its the landscaping and externals which are not ready yet. But like everthing to do with openings at disney its all rumour until Disney annouce it.

Keeping fingers and toes crossed for an update on GE in HS. Would just be nice to be able to prepare for it if it will be opening in September/October.

I'm hoping it doesn't open until after we leave on 26th October, but if it is to open before we go, I hope they don't announce it until after ADR day!

I'm on the fence... we're going to be there late October and OH would absolutely love it to be open, whereas I have absolutely no interest at all. We just missed Toy story land last year, so I've been looking forward to seeing it this trip and don't want the park to be super packed!
Also hoping to use it as a selling point to go back next year if we just miss the opening this year

I know it will be packed in like sardines but I am keeping everything crossed for an October opening as I currently have no idea of when I am likely to go back.
I might need to ensure that I take my walking cane with me, painted like a lightsabre of course, to help me through the crowds |

I'm going first two weeks of November and i'm also on the fence, i'd love it to be open, but the entire time we'll be at HS it'll be chaos! So partially wishing it's closer to thanksgiving for it opening
