Extra extra magic hours for Galaxys edge announced

Managed to get a 1900 park fayre incase park is at capacity for our CP reservation DD would not be happy if we don't get to see Pooh.

I think people will struggle to make their ADRs even after moving them to 10am.. We will probably just cancel ours or move them to a day when we are not staying on site.

Were early risers even when we’re at home , so we will be there before 6am.
Wondering what time resort buses will start running then

For us this is rubbish news. We are there from 29th August - 1 Sept onsite.

We are not early risers and the prospect of getting 2 kids out of bed at 3am to stand in a queue for 5 hours is not going to happen.
29th -31 august is now just a free for all. Having to queue with who knows how many people. Absolutely no benefits for paying to staying onsite.

Even on 1st Sept with Magic Hours Extra it doesn't work because we have to pack up and checkout.

So now I am hoping for an After Hours event appears 10pm - 1pm and have to pay extra.

Currently it looks like have to go by myself. Poor show TBH.

Opening hours to 10pm does seem to make an after hours event less likely now. It’s a shame too as we were hoping for that.

Yeah you could be right. I am living in hope. 10pm is quite an early to closing time so there is still a chance.

I have sent Disney a complaint asking why there are no benefits to staying onsite from 29th -31 Aug. I suspect it will be generic response.

The decision has been made. So looks like I will be going to Galaxy's Edge Han style. Solo.
