HS Fastpasses when GE opens

I had no idea about this- we arrive on the 29th aug and am now going to have to change all our fastpass plans for HS 😭. HS was our favourite park last time as we loved the themeing but im now not even sure if its worth going. Suppose we just have to trust disney know what they are doing 🙄.

I really really hope Disney do not introduce only paid for fast passes like in Universal. Even just giving one would be better than paying. I love knowing that I have 3 rides with minimal queue time and we can then choose if we want to wait for anything else or try to book more fp. I wouldn’t mind if that option was removed either, I just don’t want to have to pay, well actually, I won’t pay, so that’s that.

Changes coming, be prepared to wait - really poor and now similar to the tier system in Epcot. Queue queue and more queue...

In the change, Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Rollercoaster both move from tier 2 to tier 1. This leaves only a single ride, Star Tours, in tier 2. As a reminder, you can choose one experience from tier 1, and two experiences from tier 2.

Star Wars Galaxy's Edge will open this summer initially without FastPass+, so there are likely more changes to come when the two new Star Wars rides eventually join the FP+ line-up.

None of the tier 2 fast passes are worth having. Star Tours is good but it’s normally 15 minute queue max

But you will need to do your 2 tier 2 fastpasses in order to open up tier 1 again on the day.

So they are worth having
