Non hotels guests can still get FP+ at 60 days.

I have been eager to test the system to see if it was still the same as it always has been. In that if you have a group of people traveling but only a select few have an on-site stay, can you still all get FP+ at 60 days.

After the recent changes to MDE and the FP+ booking system so that it only allows FP+ at 60 day plus the length of stay I expected that only the on-site guests registered in the hotel would be able to book the FP+.

I currently have a hotel booking for September. My wife and daughter are not on that booking but I will be adding them to it. I bought them tickets and they can book at 30 days if they select FP+ on there own. But if they include me in the FP+ group then they can book FP+ for the 60 day hotel stay.

So this still works as it did before. I know someone asked about this a week or so ago and I suspected they wouldn't be able to anymore. I am just correcting that fact now to say they can.

Handy for 2 or more separate parties with one party or more in a Villa etc.

I wonder if it extends other onsite benefits to everyone linked on MDE?

But wont you not actually know until the 60 days mark as thats when the system goes live? Not gonna lie I do think its wrong it that is the case - we pay a substantial amount more to stay onsite and justify it for the perks such as earlier fastpasses, be pretty galling if a glitch means this isnt the case.

I'm all for the helpful tips etc on this forum , put promoting glitches in the fastpass system to get fastpass's for people at the 60day mark that shouldn't really be entitled to them you really need to question some peoples morality.

Totally agree, hopefully Disney have staff who read these forums for feedback so also become aware of issues such as this.

It is not about morality. It is about a large family group trying to organise shared magical memories and experiences.
