Anyone applied for a flights refund with Starling?

I put a refund claim in with Starling very early the morning TC went into administration through the in app chat for my flights, and sent my TC Invoice to them via email as they requested.

I have contacted them since then asking for an update to be met with the same response there is no update and no timescale can be given.

The latest I had was they are awaiting responses from different areas regarding the refunds? - As I work in financial remediation this makes little to no sense as to what they are referring to.

Has anyone been able to get any logical information from them or have any idea over the timescale?

This seems to be the stock answer from a lot of the cc companies.

Mine is actually for my debit card, It is very annoying to not have a timescale more than anything. I guess we can all understand they are going to be busy but to not give a timescale is pretty poor service.
