It�s so ridiculous. Originally the CAA said it would be up to 60 days using the old system

Then it�s announced there will be a delay of a week to build an upto date online singing all dancing ATOL refund page to speed refunds and the process and now it�s up to...60 days !

My niece was due to fly on they day they collapsed and got her money back during the week.
