Bergen Recommendation

We’re looking to go to Bergen for a long weekend. Has anyone been who could recommend a hotel?

The Radisson Bryggen in town centre is very nice, my husband has stayed there a few times. A weekend break to Norway is very expensive though, you could probably do a whole weeks fjords cruise for the same price and visit there for a day?

My husband recommends the tram for transport, you can use it from airport to the city, for around £4.

Hi! We stayed in Bergen for one night before joining a Hurtigruten cruise - we stayed at the hotel Clarion Admiral. We had an amazing room overlooking Bryggen - gorgeous when all lit up at night and really close to the waterfront. We loved Bergen - but be prepared for the rain!
